Candidates should have -
(a) a bachelor degree, preferably in the related fields of Public Health or Healthcare, English, Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, or Information Technology from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent (Note 1);
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination ("HKDSEE") or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ("HKCEE"), or equivalent (Note 2); and
(c) seven years of full-time post-qualification work experience in the area of office administration, project or contract management / implementation, financial management, human resources management, campaign organising, public administration, preferably in the related fields of public health or healthcare, with at least two years at supervisory level (Note 3).
Candidates should also have -
(a) good command to communicate in Chinese and English, including Putonghua;
(b) sound analytical, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills;
(c) effective staff and financial resources management skills;
(d) good command of computer skills in the application of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and preferably knowledge of managing IT projects; and
(e) dedicated to contribute towards departmental effort against the Coronavirus Disease 2019 ("COVID-19") pandemic.
