1. Assist the Marketing and Public Relations Manager to formulate and implement Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund’s outreaching campaigns to build rapport with the stakeholders and partners and enhance public awareness of social innovation with the community
2. Co-ordinate the organisation of publicity events and production of collaterals, including the procurement of services as well as liaison with service providers, other staff members of the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund Task Force Secretariat, and in-house creative and editorial teams
3. Implement marketing programmes through online and offline channels
4. Assist in the organisation of other activities of the Efficiency Office (e.g. seminars and talks)
5. Any other marketing/ PR related tasks as assigned

Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms until 31 March 2021.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
$32,500 per month
An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the full contract period with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, if granted, plus any contribution made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will equal 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
12 days of paid annual leave will be granted to the successful candidate. Rest day, general holidays, maternity/paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance.
