The candidate will mainly assist in the following duties:
(a) providing executive and secretariat support to trust funds under Home Affairs Bureau’s purview;
(b) implementing funding schemes under trust funds;
(c) providing logistics support to the implementation of various community initiatives (including the organisation of performances, concerts, etc.); and
(d) conducting background researches and compiling statistics.
Terms of Appointment
Successful applicant will be engaged under non-civil service appointment. The employment period is about one to two months from July to August 2020. He/she is normally required to work 44 hours per week, inclusive of meal breaks.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
HK$10,500 per month
Unless otherwise provided, rest days, statutory holidays, general holidays, paid leave, sickness days and sickness allowance, where appropriate, are generally in line with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57). Successful candidate is subject to the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme Ordinance (Cap. 485).

Application from Students Studying in Local Post-secondary Institutions:
Hong Kong students studying in local post-secondary institutions should apply through the Student Affairs Offices/Career Centres of their respective institutions. They are advised to note the deadlines set by the respective institutions. Direct applications from local students will not be considered.

The completed application form, together with the applicant’s resume, copies of official transcripts and a letter certifying the student status (bearing the letter head of the post-secondary institutions they are currently enrolled on) should reach the enquiry address below by post on or before 29 May 2020.
