To provide support in managing the pilot subsidy scheme for qualified third-party logistics service providers (the subsidy scheme), including-
(a) providing administrative and secretariat support in implementing the subsidy scheme, including but not limited to drafting discussion papers and preparing minutes of meetings of the vetting committee formed under the Transport and Housing Bureau (Transport Branch) for scrutinising recommendations submitted by the implementation partner of the subsidy scheme;
(b) reviewing recommendations from the implementation partner, seeking clarifications and additional information as and when necessary;
(c) monitoring the financial position of the subsidy scheme and preparing relevant reports;
(d) providing logistical support to any relevant meetings;
(e) coordinating administrative returns relevant to the subsidy scheme;
(f) handling public enquiries; and
(g) other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
(Note : May be required to work irregular hours having regard to operational needs and/or attend duty trips outside Hong Kong.)
Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of one year.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
HK$31,750 per month
An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. Such gratuity, plus any contribution to be made by the Government to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equivalent to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period. Rest days, statutory holidays (or substituted holidays), annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.
General Notes
(a) The candidate must be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
