(1) To help organize & coordinate community activities;
(2) To promote the improvement of building management in private buildings & assist in resolving matters related to building management;
(3) To assist in the formation & development of Owners’ Corporations in the District ;
(4) To take up clerical & computer inputting duties; and
(5) To perform other duties as assigned.
Terms of Appointment
(1) Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms; \r\n(2) A one-year contract will be offered to successful candidates. The entry pay, terms of appointment and conditions of service to be offered are subject to the provisions prevailing at the time the offer of appointment is made. Further renewal should be subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs; and \r\n(3) Required to work irregular hours (may include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

(1) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(2) Completed application form together with copies of academic qualifications should reach Eastern District Office, 11/F, Eastern Law Courts Building, 29 Tai On Street, Sai Wan Ho, Hong Kong by post or in person on or before 20 May 2022 (i.e. the closing date). For submission by post, the deadline is based on the stamp chop date. Applicants should ensure that the correct address is clearly printed or written on the envelope and sufficient postage is affixed before posting so as to avoid unsuccessful delivery of application.
