How to apply
(1) Applicants should bring along with them the duly completed application form, the original and photocopies of their Hong Kong Identity Card, the original and photocopies of their valid lifesaving award (Pool Lifeguard Award or Beach Lifeguard Award or above) and log book (photocopies of the log book should include personal particulars and record of the examination), the original and photocopies of their valid First Aid Certificate, and attend the trade tests and interview on the following days and time at the designated venues as stated below:
-4 February 2020 (9:00 am or 2:00 pm) (Victoria Park Swimming Pool, 1 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong)
-7 February 2020 (9:00 am or 2:00 pm) (Victoria Park Swimming Pool, 1 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong)
The interview quotas are assigned on a first come first served basis. Additional interviews will be arranged on other dates if necessary. They should also bring along with them a swimming suit (with no floating purpose and do not wear goggles) for the trade tests, candidates who violate the rules will be disqualified.
(2) For those applicants who cannot present the abovementioned documentary proof on the Recruitment Day or do not meet the entry requirements of the position of \"Seasonal Lifeguard\" will NOT be arranged for trade tests and interview.
(3) For those applicants who are under the age of 18 should be accompanied by their parent or guardian in order to attend the trade tests.
(4) Application forms [G.F. 340(Rev.3/2013)] are obtainable from any Home Affairs Enquiry Centres of District Offices, Home Affairs Department or any Job Centres of the Employment Services Division, Labour Department. The said form can also be downloaded from Civil Service Bureau's web site (http://www.csb.gov.hk).
