Entry Requirements

The applicant should:
(1)have completed Primary 6 education or equivalent; and
(2)be able to communicate in fluent Cantonese/Chinese and simple English; read simple Chinese and simple English; and write simple Chinese or simple English.
Remarks
(1) Applicants will have to pass a trade test. (2) Working experience in a printing workshop or holders of certificate to operate pallet stackers or fork-lift trucks (counterbalance or reach type) will be an advantage. (3) Salary is not paid for meal break. (4) Working hours and the number of hours of work in each shift are subject to prevailing operational needs and are not fixed. There is no guarantee on the minimum hours of work in any given period. Candidates are normally required to work overnight on weekdays (Monday to Friday). (5) There is no specific closing date for application for this position, but applications will close without further announcement when all the vacancies are filled.
 

Duties

Responsible for binding, delivering and packing printed materials and related manual labour work.

Terms of Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for twelve months. Subject to continual operational needs, employees with good performance may have opportunity for contract renewal after completion of first contract.

Salary and Fringe Benefits

$64.2 per hour.
