The summer interns will be deployed to one or a maximum of two performance venues[Note (i)], including the Hong Kong City Hall, Ko Shan Theatre, Sha Tin Town Hall, Kwai Tsing Theatre, Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Yuen Long Theatre and Tuen Mun Town Hall to undertake the following duties[Note (ii)]:
1.To assist in venue operation related duties, including admission control, ushering, ticket checking, customer services at enquiry counter, and etc.;
2.To assist in monitoring the day-to-day maintenance, patrolling and reporting irregularities, provide back end support for the venue including preparation of publicity materials and notice, calculation of hire charges, and etc.;
3.To assist in preparation of statistical returns and updating of venue data; and
4.To assist in promoting and enhancing the venues’ image and reaching out to more potential audiences in the local community.

Terms of Appointment
Successful candidate will be engaged on non-civil service contract terms for a period of around 2 months from July to August 2020. Successful candidate is normally required to work 44 hours per week. Irregular working hours may be required upon operational need.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
HK$10,500 per month
General Notes
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
