Medium Term Internship (MTI) Intern

MTI Intern is engaged under non-civil service appointment. Employment period is from July 2020 to July 2021 tentatively. He / She is normally required to work 44 hours per week.

$10,500 per month

Rest day, statutory holidays, general holidays, sickness days, where appropriate, will be granted to the successful candidate in line with the provisions in the Employment Ordinance.

(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

If a disabled candidate meets the entry requirements, he/she will be invited to attend the selection interview without being subject to further shortlisting. Applicants who have declared disabilities found suitable for appointment may be given an appropriate degree of preference over other applicants whose suitability for appointment is considered comparable to that of the former. (g) Interview will be held in Hong Kong. Candidates who are not invited for interview by July 2020 may assume that their applications are unsuccessful.

(a) Hong Kong students studying in local post-secondary institutions should apply through the Student Affairs Offices/Career Centres of their respective institutions. You are advised to note the deadlines set by the respective institutions. (Direct applications from students are not accepted).
(b) Students studying in non-local post-secondary institutions should download and complete the attached application form. Completed application form together with copies of certificates of their student status and academic transcripts should be submitted to Assistant Departmental Secretary / Recruitment and Promotion 3 by post to 7/F, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong on or before the closing date for application (according to postmark).
