1. Local applicants
All local applications (including those from students of local tertiary institutions who are currently participating in exchange programmes at tertiary institutions outside Hong Kong) must be routed through the tertiary institutions that the applicants are currently enrolling in. Applicants are required to approach the responsible Student Affairs Offices/Career Centres of their tertiary institutions direct to check whether their respective institutions are invited for nominations, the details on the application procedures and the deadlines set by the respective institutions. Direct application submitted to the Heritage Museums Section will not be considered.
2. Applicants Studying Full-time outside Hong Kong
Hong Kong students studying at tertiary institutions outside of Hong Kong (excluding students of local tertiary institutions who are currently participating in exchange programmes at tertiary institutions outside Hong Kong) should complete their application form which can be downloaded from the website of the Civil Service Bureau (http://www.csb.gov.hk/english/admin/appoint/782.html). Completed Application Forms with copies of official transcript of studies and a letter certifying the student status (bearing the letter head of the post-secondary institutions they are currently enrolled on) are required to reach the Heritage Museums Section (address detailed at \"Enquiry\" below) by post or by email (
[email protected]) on or before the closing date of application (according to postmark). Please specify on the e-mail or envelope \"Application for the Post-Secondary Student Summer Internship Programme 2020\". Applicants should ensure that the correct address is clearly printed or written on the envelope and sufficient postage is affixed before posting so as to avoid unsuccessful delivery of application. Any underpaid mail items will be returned or disposed of by the Hongkong Post.
