Entry Requirements

General Requirements : Applicants should -
(a) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region; and
(b) be full-time student studying Civil Engineering Degree programme (Final year students are not eligible for this scheme).

Knowledge required:
Candidates shall-
(a) (i) have basic knowledge in hydraulic/ sewage treatment/ drainage/ hydraulic engineering; or
(ii) have basic understanding of civil engineering; or
(iii) have knowledge in technical drawing;
(b) have knowledge in MS Office; and
(c) be possession of Green Card is preferred.

Duties

(1) To assist in design and analytical work;
(2) To assist in preparation of tender documents/site returns;
(3) To involve in hydraulic modeling and site measurement;
(4) To compile and update project records;
(5) To assist in reviewing works plans/survey result/system; and
(6) To assist Project Engineers in Planning, design and contract administration.

Terms of Appointment

Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 8 weeks, tentatively from 2 July 2020 to 26 August 2020

Salary and Fringe Benefits

HK $10,500 per month

(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
