Entry Requirements

(a) Completed Primary 6 or above;
(b) Able to communicate in Chinese and simple English;
(c) Knowledge of operating common office equipment;
(d) Good interpersonal and communication skills;
(e) Relevant working experience in government bureau/department preferred [See Note]; and
(f) May be required to take trade test.

Duties

(a) To perform outdoor duties, such as carrying out receipt and dispatch, by-hand delivery and postal-service related duties;
(b) To provide cleansing, pantry and tea services;
(c) To man the reception counter, such as checking visitor's identity, answering telephone calls and simple enquiries, and locking and unlocking doors;
(d) To perform office support work, such as photocopying and sorting of documents and operating other office automation equipment;
(e) To provide logistic support, such as moving furniture, loading and unloading stores and office equipment, and any other general labour duties;
(f) May be required to work on shift; and
(g) To undertake any other duties assigned.

Terms of Appointment

Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for 1 year.

$67 per hour (Required to work 17 hours per week)
