How to apply
Candidates should apply in writing with a completed application form [G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2013)] which is obtainable from any Public Enquiry Service Centres of District Offices, Home Affairs Department or any Job Centre of the Employment Services Division, Labour Department. The said form can also be downloaded from the Civil Service Bureau's Internet Website (http://www.csb.gov.hk). Completed application form stating the position apply for, together with a full curriculum vitae and copies of relevant documents (as specified below), should reach Personnel Section, Planning and Lands Branch, Development Bureau, 18/F, West Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong on or before 5:00pm of 27 July 2020. Please mark on the envelope “Application for the position of Project Coordinator”. When submitting the application, the candidate is required to provide:
(a) a full curriculum vitae including: (i) details of bachelor degree (e.g. major subject and class and division of honours); (ii) employment records with detailed description of duties; and (iii) a list of up to five projects involved in the current or previous employment and description of the role in such events or projects.(b) for candidates holding qualifications obtained from institutions outside Hong Kong, copies of all relevant certificates and academic transcripts of studies; and (c) copies of employment proof.
Applications with incomplete or unclear information will not be considered. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about four weeks from the closing date for applications, but this timing is subject to change without prior notification to applicants.
