The main duties of the Senior Project Manager are:
(a) To formulate and implement public engagement plan to gauge views of stakeholders (and children in particular) on children-related matters;
(b) To support and implement various public relations and publicity campaigns/events, such as seminars/talks, ceremonies and competitions;
(c) To formulate and implement plan for cultivating cross-sectoral collaboration projects on children-related matters;
(d) To roll out promotional initiatives through the printed, electronic and social media; and
(e) To carry out any other duties as and when required.
Terms of Appointment
The successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of 24 months and is expected to assume duty in October 2020. The successful candidate may be required to work overtime and irregular hours, on shift and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and perform outdoor duties.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
HK$73,775 per month
In addition to general holidays, maternity/paternity leave and sickness allowance, 14 days’ paid annual leave will be granted under a continuous contract of employment for every 12 months. An end-of-contract gratuity may be granted if the contract is satisfactorily completed with consistently high standard of performance and conduct. This gratuity, if granted, plus the Government’s contributions to the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme in respect of the appointee as required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance, will be equal to 15% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period.
General Notes

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. (h) For general awareness, a locally-accredited Hong Kong bachelor’s degree is at Level 5 under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF).
